- Proof of purchase such as an order invoice or receipt is required for all returns and refunds.
Return and Refund Window
- Returns and refund requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- In cases where a full refund is not possible, store credit or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.

- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving any damaged or defective products.
- We will verify the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Perishable goods, personal care products, and hygiene-related items once opened.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and any services.

- We recommend keeping proof of shipment when returning products.
