At Sucvent Malaysia, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality baby and maternal products designed to meet the needs of modern families. Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch to help ensure it reaches you in good condition.

No Product Warranty

Please note that Sucvent Malaysia does not provide product warranty coverage for any products purchased through our official sales channels, including:

• Sucvent Malaysia Official Lazada Store 
• Sucvent Malaysia Official TikTok Shop 
• Other authorized sales channels unless otherwise expressly stated 

As our products are hygiene-sensitive baby care products, warranty coverage is not offered once products have been sold.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items Upon Receipt

If you receive any of the following:

• A damaged product upon delivery 
• An incorrect item 
• An item with missing components 
• A product with an apparent manufacturing defect upon first opening 

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assessment.
To facilitate review, kindly provide:

• Order number / proof of purchase 
• Product name 
• Description of the issue 
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the condition of the item 

Claims submitted after the stated reporting period may not be eligible for review.

Non-Eligible Cases

Requests for review, replacement, or compensation will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase 
• Normal product wear and tear 
• Damage caused by accidental dropping or impact
• Improper use, assembly, cleaning, or sterilisation 
• Cosmetic scratches, discoloration, or deterioration after use 
• Damage caused by chewing, biting, or mishandling 
• Claims submitted beyond the reporting timeframe 
• Used hygiene-sensitive products unless the issue was clearly present upon arrival

Product Safety Notice

For your child’s safety:

• Inspect all products carefully before each use 
• Discontinue use immediately if any signs of damage or deterioration are observed 
• Replace teats, pacifiers, and other wearable components periodically as recommended 
• Always use products under adult supervision 
• Follow all cleaning, sterilisation, and usage instructions provided
