1. How long does it take to process my order?

• We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders made on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
• You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

2. How much is shipping and how long will it take?

• Within Malaysia:
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available in selected areas)
• International orders:
  • Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your country.
• The shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once we ship your package, we’ll send you a link to track your delivery in real time.

4. What if there’s a delivery problem?

• Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
• If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it but extra shipping charges may apply.
• Sometimes couriers, customs checks, or unexpected events (like bad weather) can cause delays. We’ll do our best to help, but these are outside our control.

5. What if my package is lost or damaged?

• If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll work quickly with our courier to fix the issue and send a replacement or refund.

6. Do I need to pay customs or taxes for international orders?

• Some countries charge customs duties, import fees, or taxes. These aren’t included in our product or shipping prices and will be your responsibility.
• We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing your order.
